NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-012821-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Summerdale Townhomes at Countryside Property Owners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Barbara B. Homer and United Guaranty Residential Insurance Company of North Carolina are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2011, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, SUMMERDALE TOWNHOMES AT COUNTRYSIDE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 123, Pages 23-25, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
