NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 16, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-001115-ES (J4) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and Shamsuddin Khan a/k/a Shams Kahn are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on October 24, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 53, BLOCK 7, MEADOW POINTE, PARCEL 8, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 76 THROUGH 78, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
