NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 16, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-012083-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Steven Sakach, Individually and as Trustee under that certain Land Trust Agreement dated January 14, 2008 and numbered No. 1 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on October 25, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 9, OF IVY LAKE ESTATES - PARCEL THREE - PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 47, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
