NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 16, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2010-CA-000366-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for The Certificateholders, CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-2, Plaintiff and The Estate of Mark R. Douglas, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on October 25, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 1, 2, AND 3, IN BLOCK 33, OF CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
