NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Pasco County will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, as described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto, at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online on October 18, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. www.pasco.realforeclose.com.

Commence at the Southwest Corner of Section 27, Township 26 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida; thence S 89º 31' 46'' E, along the South boundary of said Section 27, 70.00 feet, to a point on the East right-of-way line of Seven Springs Boulevard extension as recorded in Official Records Book 1037, pages 1225 through 1227 of the public records of Pasco, County, Florida; thence N 00º36'45''E along said East right-of-way line, 880 feet, to a point on the North right-of-way line of Hideaway Trail as shown on the plat of Nature's Hideaway - Phase 1-A, as recorded in Plat Book 24, pages 47, 48 and 49 of the public records of Pasco County, Florida; thence along said North right-of-way line, S 89º23'15''E, 230.00 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way line, N 00º36'45''E, 249.59 feet; thence N 89º23'15''W, 75.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence from said Point of Beginning following four (4) courses:
