NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 14th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-005147 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ROBERT GUIFFRE A/K/A ROBERT J. GUIFFRE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT GUIFFRE A/K/A ROBERT J. GUIFFRE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 19th day of October, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, CONNIEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 136, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
