A portion of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 25 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows: COMMENCE at the Southeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29; thence run along the South line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, North 89º 58'41” West, 20.35 feet to the West right-of-way line of Washington Street as it is now constructed for a POINT of BEGINNING; thence continue North 89º58'41” West, 223.0 feet; thence North 0º10'46” East, 206.94 feet; thence South 89º56'34” East, 225.0 feet; thence South 0Ëš44'01” West, 206.82 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 15, 2011, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
