Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 13, 2011 in Case No. 2011 Cc 2471, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on October 28, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit No. 616D, SPRING LAKES III, a condominium, in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1041, Page 488, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 13, Page 200 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
