NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 7th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-01114, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC. is the Plaintiff and JESSICA FISK; HERITAGE PINES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSICA FISK; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 19th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 55 A, HERITAGE PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 993, PAGE 224 THROUGH 330, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGES 37 THROUGH 43, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGES 20 THROUGH 24, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGES 69 AND 70, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
