NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 14, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-002011 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Fred Berger and Maria Berger, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on 10/25/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
A PART OF BLOCK “A”, C. H. DAVIS'S RESUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 271, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
THE EASTERLY 62.45 FEET OF BLOCK “A” OF SAID C. H. DAVIS'S RESUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 20 FEET OF A 40 FOOT R/W PLATTED LAFAYETTE STREET ADJOINING SAID BLOCK “A”, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
