YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following described property:
Unit No. 3007 Building 30, The Townhomes at Lighthouse Cove II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 2096 at Page 1874 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Plaintiff's attorney, Kelly Martinson Fernandez, Esq., Hankin, Persson, Davis, McClenathen & Darnell, 1820 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
