NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 27th day of October, 2011, at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 1453 & 1454 TOWN OF CRYSTAL SPRINGS, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 5, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with that certain 1995 patriot Trailer manufactured by Hiborn Werner Cater, VINs #PSHGA 18045A, PSH GA18045B title #s 0071344630, 0071344633, 60 x 26 located on said property, which is affixed and attached to the land is part of the real property by intention of the parties and upon retirement of the certificate of Title as provided in Section 319.261 Fla. Stat. shall constitute a part of the reality and shall pass with it.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
