NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 16, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-007592 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of October, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK D, CHAPARRAL, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGES 94-103, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
