MASSEO, CIT LOAN CORPORATION, and COUNTY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC., and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 12, 2011, in Case No. 2009-CA-002895 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit In and for Manatee County, Florida, in which CNLBANK is the Plaintiff, and RONALD A. MASSEO, et al., are Defendants and the Clerk shall offer for sale the following the following described real property located in Manatee County:
Lot 13, LAKEWOOD RANCH COUNTRY CLUB VILLAGE SUBPHASE II, a/k/a BRIER CREEK, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 141, through 150, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
The property will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash on October 19, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
