NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 008811, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-5 MORTGAGE -BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and BRENT DELESS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRENT DELESS and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 20th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A DISTANCE OF 209.32 FEET; THENCE S 000 27' 21” W, DISTANCE OF I 132.64 FEET THENCE S 740 50' 04' W, A DISTANCE OF 167.36 FEET; THENCE N 00Ëš2721 E, A DISTANCE OF 1055.38 FEET; THENCE N 28Ëš 0114” W, A DISTANCE OF 240.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY MAINTAINED RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SR. 62; THENCE N 6Ëš 58' 46” E ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY A DISTANCE OF 200.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL BEING AND LYING IN SECTIONS 22 AND 27, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
