NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 7th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 002697, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and PATTI KAY BISHOP, WINFRED G. BISHOP, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 11th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Key Royale, 13th Addition, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 69, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

LESS;
That part of Lot 17, Key Royale, 13th Addition, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 69, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, described as follows;

Begin at the SE corner of said Lot 17, thence North 1°10”30' W, along the line between said Lot 17 and 18, of said Plat of Key Royale, 105.32 ft. to a concrete seawall, thence Westerly, along said seawall and along the waters of a canal, 10.0ft.; thence Southeasterly 105.50 ft. to a point 4.0 ft. West of the Point of Beginning; thence Easterly, along the North right-of-way line of Foxworth Lane a distance of 4.0 ft. to said Point of Beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
