BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff and TOMMY TRAY GHOD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TOMMY TRAY GHOD, IF MARRIED; ; BRANDI BELVIN; WANDA E. DIXON; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, MANATEE COUNTY , are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1st day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
