NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2008, and entered in Case No. 2008-CC-001054 of the County Court in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein Fiddler's Bend Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Cynthia Fobbs McMillan Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on the 25 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 14, FIDDLER'S BEND CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1569, Page 241 through 303, as amended in Official Records Book 1571, Page 3671, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 29, Page 60 through 63, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; the street address of which is: 2908 Fiddlers Bend Palmetto, FL 34221.
