Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order of Final Judgment entered in this cause on September 14, 2011, in the County Court of Manatee County, I will sale the real property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 1V Week 40 and Unit 3V Week 41, of VIA ROMA BEACH RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1007, beginning at Page 710, of the Public Records of MANATEE County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on October 19, 2011, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.manatee.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
