NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Jusdment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2011, and entered in 51-2008-CA-002281-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and DAWNA MARSEE F/K/A DAWANA A. ERVIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAWNA MARSEE F/K/A DAWANA A. ERVIN M/K/A DONALD MARSEE; KIMBERLY S. ERVIN; BANK OF AMERICA; N.A. C/O PRESIDENT; VICE PRESIDENT OR ANY OTHER PERSON PERSON AUTHORIZED TO ACCEOT ; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on October 26, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGIN 248.91 FEET NORTH AND 36.56 FEET WEST OF THE ONE- QUARTER SECTION CORNER ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, THENCE NORTH 0 DEGREES 57'15” EAST 125 FEET, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 02'45” WEST, 122.76 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 57'15” WEST, 125 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 02'45” EAST, 122.76 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LYING AND BEING IN PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
