ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AB3 is the Plaintiff, and TAMMI A POSWIATOWSKY A/K/A TAMMI POSWIATOWSKY, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 6, BLOCK 6, SOUTHWOOD VILLAGE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE(S) 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 20th day of October, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
