NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 22, 2010 and Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated September 12, 2011, both entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-003822, Division D, of the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of OCTOBER, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lot 2, Block E of SECTION NO. 2 BAYSHORE GARDENS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page(s) 35 & 36, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water rights and stock and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property.
