NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 5-B, and an undivided 1.42688% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of TIMBER OAKS FAIRWAY VILLAS CONDOMINIUM I as recorded in O.R. Book 754, Pages 494 through 571 and Amendments recorded in O.R. Book 836, at Pages 544 thru 558 and O.R. Book 846, Pages 446 and 447, and the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 38 thru 44, both of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 11210 Carriage Hill Drive, #2, Port Richey, Florida, 34668.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on October 21, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
