NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-009923 Div D of the CircuitCourt of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein National City Mortgage, A Division of National City Bank is the Plaintiff and Alvan Lee Duckworth, Penny Duckworth and any Unknown Tenants are the Defendants, R.B. “Chips” Shore III will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash are conducted at http://www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK E, BRADEN RIVER LAKES, PHASE I, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 42 THROUGH 47, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A person claiming A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
