NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on September 20, 2011 by the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, the property described as:
Lot 7, Block 4, LAKE TALIA, PHASE 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
will be sold at public sale to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at 11:00 A.M. at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on October 26, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
