NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Second Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-001755 of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein STEPHEN G. GAMBILL, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Foreclosure Sale conducted via Internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on the 26th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Beginning at the NW corner of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 18, Township 33 South, Range 18 East, running thence South 320 feet to a stake for a Point of Beginning; thence South 354 feet; thence East parallel with the Section line 453 feet; thence North 354 feet; thence West parallel with the Section line 453 feet to the Point of Beginning; LESS Highway Right-of-Way; lying and being in Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
