ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-52CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-52CB is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. HASSON; PALM-AIRE AT SARASOTA UNIT NO. 7 HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. BEGINNING AT THE NW CORNER OF LOT 136, PALM-AIRE AT SARASOTA UNIT NO. 7, PHASES II AND III, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 177 THROUGH 179, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN SOUTH 00Ëš05'15”, WEST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 136, A DISTANCE OF 109.36 FEET TO THE SW CORNER OF LOT 136; THENCE RUN SOUTH 89Ëš54'45” EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 136, A DISTANCE OF 22.16 FEET THENCE RUN NORTHWESTERLY 111.60 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
