NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-006636 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Ignacio Villareal and Adriana Arenas are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on January 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 47, OF SARAPALMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
