NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-008926 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank NA as trsutee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-2 Trust & paragraph 5 payment due July 1,2008, Plaintiff and James R. Crawford and Amy R. Crawford, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on November 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 37, greenbrook village, subphase z, a/k/a greenbrook rivers, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in plat book 41, pages 60 through 66, inclusive OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
