NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-ca-006612 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., successor, by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and James Tomlinson are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on October 25, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 1, block q, sandpointe estates, unit ii, as per plat thereof recorded in plat book 19, pages 141 through 143, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
