NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgement of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-006863 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Trustee For The CertificateHolders of the CWALT, Inc., Aternative Loan Trust 2006-11CB, Mortgage Pass-through Certificates, Series 2006-11CB, Plaintiff and Cecila Lester are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., October 25, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 34, of seminole heights, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book, 10, at page 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
