YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title on the following property in MANATEE County, Florida:
Begin at a point 30 feet west of the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 17 East, thence West 150 feet, thence North 114 feet, thence East 150 feet and thence South 114 feet to the point of beginning. LESS: the South 30 feet of said parcel for road right of way.
has been filed against you and any and all descendants of MAUDE E. MILTON, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses within 30 days after the first publication, if any, to it on DAVID W. WILCOX, Esquire, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 308 13th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, on or before thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of the Notice and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
