Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment dated September 21, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-009855 in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-16 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS COLETTA A/K/A THOMAS J. COLETTA, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
BUILDING NO. 18, UNIT NO. 103, OF THE VILLAGE AT TOWNPARK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2057, PAGE 3888, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 3rd day of November, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
