Unit 19, Block G, Phase E, PINE BAY FOREST CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 994, Page 1851, as thereafter amended, as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Page 125, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
