NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005684, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff and PAMALA K. FRAZZONI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAMALA K. FRAZZONI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; BRIARWOOD MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 29th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit::
LOT 109, BRIARWOOD, UNITS 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
