NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2011, and entered in 41 2008 CA 010250 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-OPT3 TRUST, ABFC ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL R. RAIA, AMY M. MATTINGLY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL R. RAIA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMY M. MATTINGLY, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.,, are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on October 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES PHASE 4A, 4B, 5A AND 5B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 195, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
