NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-012437 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, A DELAWARE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, Plaintiff, and EDWARD J. ZBIEGIEN, JR., ANTONIO F. UCCELLO, III, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE POOCHA NON-GRANTOR TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 25, 2002, ____ UCCELLO, III, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTONIO F. UCCELLO, III, IF MARRIED, WILD OAK BAY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 19th day of OCTOBER, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 20-A, THE VILLAS AT WILD OAK BAY II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 933, PAGE 181 THROUGH 250, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 168 AND 169 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
