notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated August 26, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009384 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2007-WM1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Johanny Ortiz and Francisco A. Ortiz Nina a/k/a Francisco Ortiz, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., October 17, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH ONE-HALF (1/2) OF TRACT 13, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 14, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 73 AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
