NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Restting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-07595, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and FELIPE ANDRE ODE-GALARCE A/K/A FELIPE A. ODE-GALARCE; GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FELIPE ANDRE ODE-GALARCE A/K/A FELIPE A. ODE-GALARCE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 17 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 4, IN BUILDING 100, OF GRANADA LAKES VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3969, PAGE 1537, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
