NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 16th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001224, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CHARLES C. THOMPSON, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., CLUB FALLS OF PORTOFINO, LLC, THE FALLS OF PORTOFINO CONDOMINIUM NO. 5 ASSOCIATION, INC., THE FALLS OF PORTOFINO MASTER HOA, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT (S) and CHRISTINA THOMPSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 2804, BUILDING 28, OF THE FALLS OF PORTOFINO CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4187, PAGE 3473, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON AREAS PERTINENT THERETO
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
