NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 16th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-002529, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and HARVEY M. THIBERT A/K/A HARVEY THIBERT; NAPLES TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; NATIONAL CITY BANK; HARVEY M. THIBERT A/K/A HARVEY THIBERT, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HARVEY M. THIBERT REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 10, 2006; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HARVEY M. THIBERT A/K/A HARVEY THIBERT; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL; UNIT NO. 1107, OF NAPLES TRACE, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1455, PAGE 278 THROUGH 344, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
