Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on October 17, 2011, 11:00 a.m., in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
UNIT 1502, of WILLOW BROOK IN PELICAN BAY, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments as recorded in O.R. Book 1328, Pages 402 through 529, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 30, Pages 119 through 123, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Pursuant to the Final Decree of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:
