NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 20, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-003128 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-66 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-66 is the Plaintiff and BARAK D. BOWER; LINDA L. BOWER; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 20 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 10, BLOCK 6, TRAIL ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
