NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 0806911CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and JUANA SANCHEZ A/K/A JUANA L. GONZALEZ; LORENZO SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUANA SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LORENZO SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMIMEE FOR INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTERST TO INDYMAC BANK, FSB, A FEDERALLY CHARTERED SAVINGS BANK; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 17th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
WEST 75 FEET OF TRACT(S) NO. 24, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 27, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 17 AND 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
