NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 20, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11 2010 CA 000487 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein 2008CA005820 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF HARBORVIEW 2005-10 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and EMELINA C. GUILLEN A/K/A EMELINA GUILLEN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 17 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
