NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 20, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-7901-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-1is Plaintiff and NATHANIEL KEITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NATHANIEL KEITH; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; J HOUSTON & ASSOCIATES OF NAPLES, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK IV, RIVER PARK EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 84 AND 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
