notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-006171 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein CitiBank, N.A., as Trustee for American Home Mortgage Assets Trust 2006-4, Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4, Plaintiff and Hector Martins and Elsa M. Martins a/k/a Elsa Martins, His Wife, and Monica Martins and Mariela A. Pratolongo a/k/a Mariela Pratolongo are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on October 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 182, OF LEAWOOD LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 62 THROUGH 64, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
