notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 20, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-000379 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2005-OPT3, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-OPT3, Plaintiff and Matthew R. Bacon and Jessica Bacon, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on October 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT NO. I-202, THE ESTUARY OF MARCO, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1152, PAGES 276 THROUGH 371, INCLUSIVE OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
