NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Restting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-07811, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC is the Plaintiff and MAXIMO JIMENEZ A/K/A MAXIMO A JIMENEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; BENEDICTA CAICEDO; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; LUIS JIMENEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUIS JIMENEZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 105' OF THE NORTH 180' OF TRACT 12, UNIT 17, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 5-6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
