CONDOMINIUM UNIT B-4, 1301 SOHO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 214, AND ALL ITS AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14598, PAGE 1016, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANCE THERETO.
and commonly known as: 1301 HOWARD AVENUE UNIT B4, TAMPA, FL 33606; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on October 19, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
